With 20 years of developing prime properties as presales and purpose-built rentals, we have established strong and trusted relationships with real estate funds,  financial institutions, consultants, and clients in key markets across the world. 

Our professional project management and general contracting team manages our own in-house projects along with projects for external clients. Our external clients include large scale residential builders, commercial entities, and public bodies such as the prestigious University of British Columbia.
