The Thomas West Haney
Currently under construction, this 57 unit, 6-storey exclusive residential apartment building in the City of Maple Ridge sold out nearly immediately at pre-sale. We are honoured to be part of the transformation of this historic community in British Columbia's lower mainland by providing our time-tested expertise in developing high quality luxury residential projects. Our group of companies are currently responsible for the development and construction management of this project.

Hudson and Singer
Located in in the Township of Langley, Hudson and Singer is a 152 unit, 6 storey luxury residential development consisting of two buildings. Quickly selling out at pre-sale, this development was successfully handed over to buyers in late 2021. Our group of companies developed and managed the construction of this project, demonstrating our ability to effectively deliver large scale projects within budget and on schedule.
